Subject Description
Food and Wine Pairing Appreciation. This course will provide students with a clear understanding of the direct and interacting effects of food and wine elements on the perception of matching. Students will develop the skills necessary to identify the key elements in food or wine that will directly impact its matching based on contrast or similarities. There will be nominal lab fee charged for field trips and pairing workshop with the LCBO Education Seminar Series.
