The York/Seneca Institute for Mathematics, Science, and Technology Education

YSIMSTE – the York/Seneca Institute for Mathematics, Science, and Technology Education – creates initiatives in teaching, curriculum, applied research, and outreach, to increase the quantity and quality of education in mathematics, science, and technology at all levels of education - elementary, secondary, post-secondary and in industrial training.

YSIMSTE is a partnership of York University (Faculty of Education and Faculty of Pure and Applied Science) and Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology (Faculty of Technology). It is supported by the University and College, by the Imperial Oil Charitable Foundation and by many other partner institutions.
