Subject Title
Communication and The Food Service Worker - 30 Hours

Subject Description
This subject will provide students with the tools to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, employees in other departments, management, external service providers and other agencies.

Credit Status
One credit in the Food Service Worker training program

Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this subject the student will be able to:

1. Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills in dealing with clients/residents, co-workers and supervisors.
