Dealing with Difficult People
If you deal with people who demonstrate the kinds of difficult behaviour that make working and living effectively almost impossible, then this workshop is for you. You'' learn how perceptions, attitudes, and behaviours impact the way you interact with others.
Upon successful completion of this subject the student will be able to:
- categorize the main types of difficult people;
- describe approaches for dealing with difficult people; and
- determine how perceptions, attitudes, and behaviours impact the way you interact with others.
