C Based Real-Time Microprocessor Systems
This course introduces students to the techniques of developing Motorola 68HC08 and 68HC12 systems using the industry standard C programming language.
Several real time applications will be examined including the use of microprocessor systems in communications, monitoring and control products.
A multitasking technique that illustrates task scheduling and prioritization will be discussed.
The applications implemented in the lab will be interfaced to a PC, and the PC software will be developed in Visual Basic or Visual C++.
