LGL121 - Introduction to the Legal System for LCKA
This subject introduces the students to important elements of Canada's legal system. Topics include an introduction to the nature of the law, the legal system, the court system, the legal profession and legal ethics, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, human rights legislation, the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants and other paralegal organizations, and methods of analysis.
