PPI610 - Officer Safety Practices
This subject will provide the student with the mental and tactical skills public safety officers require to remain safe in hazardous situations. Integrating knowledge from previous studies, students will identify and evaluate the appropriate response to practical situations that officers may be confronted with, including domestic disputes, suspect approach and tactical errors to avoid. A combination of classroom work and practical role-plays will be utilized.
