- Enhancing the quality of the space at the Campus;
- Addressing the site and building accessibility (public transit, site circulation, pedestrian network servicing);
- Resolving faculty and staff needs regarding space allocation, parking, amenities;
- Improving overall facilities management and servicing conditions.
Providing an approved framework for future decisions
- Making future processes and decisions easier;
- Considering interrelated issues, e.g. parking, servicing, space;
- Making best use of today’s investments and anticipating future build-out;
