Prerequisites:
This course provides participants with an opportunity to practice skills of facilitating the learning process. Content focuses on a variety of interactive training techniques and skills, training equipment, resources and the facilitation of learning activities. Learning strategies available to the facilitator are explored. Actual teaching/training issues are addressed in an experiential learning mode.
