Seneca College has been an educational partner of CGA for many years. Our Accounting and Information Technology (AIT) program is in demand as the educational program for many accounting professionals seeking to advance their careers.
Seneca has several part-time teaching positions in the AIT program for classes starting in May 2013. We are currently recruiting for working professionals holding a CGA designation with at least 5 years work experience. A Masters degree and in-class teaching experience would be a definite advantage.
There are several subjects available at the moment:

The subjects are part of CGA fourth level studies.
The classes take place weekdays from 7 to 10 pm at the Seneca Newnham campus at HWY404 and Finch. Classes start the second week of May and continue for 14 weeks.

Geographic Information Systems instructor required.
Some of the skills required would be geographic information system management, GIS Software – ArcView, knowledge of sensing systems including aerial photography, multi spectral scanning, radar and thermography, internet mapping, GPS systems and MS Access.

The English and Literature portfolio of the Faculty of Continuing Education and Training is seeking experienced instructors for the fall semesters in the following areas:
ENGLISH COMPOSITION
Minimum qualifications: M.A.in English or related writing-centred discipline; 5+years teaching experience at a post-secondary level. TESL Certificate an asset.
ENGLISH LITERATURE
Minimum qualifications: M.A. English Literature – Ph.D. preferred; 5+years teaching experience at a post-secondary level.
TECHNICAL WRITING
Minimum qualifications: M.Ed. (Adult Education) or M.A. English; 5+ years of industry-related training or teaching at a post-secondary level in Technical Writing.
